Incorrect Orders: If the item you receive does not match your order (e.g., wrong design, size, or color), we will correct the issue free of charge.

Non-Refundable Items: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are customized correctly as per the order.

Refund Process

2.Provide your order number, photos of the defect or issue, and a description of the problem.

3.Once approved, we will either:

•Issue a replacement at no additional cost.

•Process a refund back to your original payment method.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

•Incorrect information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong size or design specifications).

•Orders reported beyond the 7-day window.

Cancellations

•Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible due to the custom nature of our products.
