Return Eligibility

•Non-Returnable Items: Customized items that are produced exactly according to your specifications cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
Return Process

3. Review and Approval: Once we review your case, we will guide you through the next steps for your return or exchange.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
•Custom orders matching your specifications (size, design, color) cannot be returned.
•Returns requested beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted.
•We are not responsible for errors in submitted order details (e.g., wrong size or customization options).
Cancellations
•Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds for Returns
•Approved returns will be processed as either replacements or refunds.
•Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Shipping Costs
•If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
•In other cases, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
